General Shipping Information
- All order and shipping confirmation emails will come from email@example.com in an automated fashion once the order is placed or shipment is sent.
- Please check your spam folder for order and shipping confirmation emails as sometimes email filters will mark them as spam.
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please proceed through the checkout process to determine domestic and international rates as it varies by product. We use the lowest possible shipping costs for all products and do not mark up the rates. Rates will be shown prior to payment being collected.
- Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days, but some items may take up to a week to ten days be fulfilled pending local conditions. Orders will ship from different locations pending the contents of the order. Tracking information will be provided separately for each shipment.
- Estimates for delivery time are calculated by the shipping carrier - please refer to your tracking number for estimated delivery date.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages
- If your tracking information indicates a package is lost, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can offer either a refund or replacement once 20-30 days have elapsed after the last tracking update.
- We are only able to file claims with the shipping carrier 20 days after no updates for domestic orders, and 30 days after no updates for international orders.
Original Poop Knife will not file lost in transit claims or offer refunds for orders marked as "Delivered" or orders that have a final scan.
Original Poop Knife will not file claims if the tracking says "Arrival in Destination Country".
Original Poop Knife does not contact parcel carriers to discuss tracking updates. Unfortunately, carriers cannot provide any further information from what is applied and shown on their tracking portal.
- If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided, or you accidentally input the wrong address at checkout, there is nothing we can do once your order has been placed. We cannot re-route packages once your order has been placed, so please ensure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If you are able to intercept the package at the address you provided and return it to us, we can offer a refund, minus the cost of shipping. Please see our refund policy for more information.
